Vaillons is a 129-hectare Chablis premier cru, vineyard made up of eight, smaller vineyards, which are all premier crus in their own right. There is plenty of sunlight exposure on the Vaillons Hill and the grapes are normally able to reach optimum ripeness in a relatively cool climate.
