Honouring the late American Whiskey legend, John Shenk, who founded the Bomberger’s distillery which later become the world renowned Michter’s distillery.
A mixture of naturally air-dried and French oak barrels was used to age this sour mash Whiskey. Notes of toffee, spice and vanilla are intertwined with dried fruits and honey.
